Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to localservicespilot.com (the "Site"), operated by Local Services Pilot LLC, a Michigan limited liability company ("LSP"). By using the Site you agree to them. If you purchase our services or use the client dashboard at app.localservicespilot.com, the platform's Terms of Service govern that relationship and control where they conflict with these Terms.

The Site describes LSP's website, marketing, and software services for local home-service businesses, and lets you request a consultation. Site content is general information about our offering — not a binding offer, and not professional (legal, financial, or marketing-performance) advice for your specific business.

We describe outcomes our systems are built to pursue — visibility on Google and AI search tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini), more leads, faster follow-up. Marketing outcomes depend on factors outside our control (your market, competition, reviews, pricing, seasonality, and the behavior of search engines and AI platforms). Examples on the Site — including our founder's business and named clients — are real, but are not a promise that you will achieve similar results. Timeline statements ("days, not months") are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. Any guarantee we do make (such as month-to-month, cancel-anytime billing) is stated expressly in the product Terms of Service.

When you submit our consultation form, you agree that we may contact you at the email and phone number you provide about your request and our services. Consent to be contacted is not a condition of purchase. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle that information.

The Site and its content — text, design, graphics, logos, the "Local Services Pilot" name and mark, and underlying code — are owned by LSP or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and share Site content to evaluate our services; you may not copy it into competing materials, scrape the Site at scale (including for AI training), or use our marks without written permission. Client names and logos appear with permission; third-party marks (Google, ChatGPT, Jobber, Housecall Pro, and others) belong to their owners, and comparisons are our good-faith opinions. Nothing in these Terms restricts your right to post honest reviews of our services.

• Don't interfere with the Site's operation or security.
• Don't attempt to access non-public areas or others' data.
• Don't submit false or unlawful content through our forms.
• Don't use automated means to harvest content or submit forms.
• Don't use the Site to build a competing dataset or service.

The Site links to third-party sites (including client websites and our app). We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LSP WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law and does not apply to purchased services (see the product Terms of Service).

You will indemnify LSP against claims arising from content you submit through the Site or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by Michigan law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes arising from the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Disputes about purchased services are handled per the product Terms of Service, including its arbitration provision.
