Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 3, 2026

Scope
This policy covers the public website localservicespilot.com. If you are a client using our platform at app.localservicespilot.com, the platform's own privacy policy applies there. If you are a customer of one of our clients (for example, you hired a contractor whose website we operate), see "Information we process for our clients" below.
1. What we collect on this site
We keep it minimal. The only place this site collects personal information is the consultation request form, where you choose to give us: your name, business name, email, phone, trade/industry, plan interest, current website URL, and your message. Our hosting infrastructure also processes standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested) in server logs.
Notice at collection (California): we collect the categories above for the purposes described below; we do not sell or share this information; retention is described below.
What we don't do: no advertising pixels, no analytics cookies, no tracking beyond what our hosting requires to serve pages securely. See the Cookie Policy.
2. How we use it
- To respond to your consultation request and communicate about our services.
- To evaluate your website/SEO and prepare the report we offer.
- To operate, secure, and debug the site.
- With your consent or at your direction, for anything else.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
3. How your form submission travels
Your form submission is transmitted to us as an email (via Resend, our email provider) — it is not stored in a site database. It then lives in our business email and, if we start working together, in our systems.
4. Who we disclose it to
Only service providers that help us run the business, under contracts limiting their use of your data to providing services to us: Resend (email delivery), Cloudflare / Vercel (hosting, security, content delivery), and Google Fonts (font delivery). We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in a business transfer (with notice).
5. Retention
Consultation inquiries are kept as long as reasonably needed to respond, follow up, and maintain business records — generally up to 24 months after our last interaction, unless we enter a client relationship (then the platform policies govern) or you ask us to delete sooner. Server logs are retained by our hosting providers for their standard short periods.
6. Your privacy rights
Depending on your state (including California — which covers business-contact information — Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and others), you may have the right to know/access, correct, or delete personal information we have about you, to opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling (note: we don't do any of these on this site), and to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.
How to exercise: email localservicespilot@gmail.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject, or write to the address above. We'll verify your request (usually by confirming control of the email you submitted) and respond within 45 days (extendable once by 45 days with notice). Authorized agents may submit requests with proof of authorization.
Appeals: if we decline your request, reply to our decision email with "Privacy Appeal." We'll respond within 60 days; if your appeal is denied, you may contact your state Attorney General.
Global Privacy Control: this site doesn't sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of via GPC. If we ever add advertising technologies, we will honor GPC as a valid opt-out and update this policy first.
7. Information we process for our clients
LSP builds and operates websites and business software for local home-service companies. When you interact with a client's website, forms, texts, or emails, that client is responsible for your data ("controller"), and LSP processes it on their behalf ("processor"/"service provider"). To exercise privacy rights over data a contractor holds about you, contact that business directly — we assist them in fulfilling your request, and if you contact us instead we will forward your request to them.
8. Security
Transport encryption (HTTPS) everywhere, least-privilege access to our systems, and reputable infrastructure providers. No method is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
This is a B2B service directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes & contact
